Senior portraits are an opportunity to freeze a moment in time that will never come around again.  If getting in front of the camera seems intimidating or uncomfortable, rest assured- my senior portrait sessions are easy, breezy fun.  Here are five of my best tips:  
 

1. Don't overthink it.  
    
2. Be yourself, choose outfits you like and you feel good in, like your most authentic self. 
    
3. It's best to choose a time in the morning or evening- the hour after sunrise or before sunset is nice and glowy, but if that doesn't work rest assured we can still make some magic in the shade.  
    
4. Think about things and places that are special to you and help tell the story of where you are in life right now and where you're going. Let's include that!
    
5. Bring your mom and/or a best friend and/or a sibling to your session to make you laugh and draw out that natural smile. The people who know you best can help remind you to be yourself and to remember how much love and joy is in your life!
